We are a from-scratch bakery in North Scottsdale known for our fresh, seasonal, and seriously addictive baked goods—think buttery breakfast pastries, indulgent cookies, elegant tarts, decadent cakes, and classic pies that keep customers coming back for more. Our reputation for flavor, consistency, and quality craftsmanship is growing rapidly, and so is our loyal customer base.

We bake with precision, intention, and pride—this is not a training bakery. We're looking for someone with solid experience who can jump in, follow established recipes, and help us maintain the high standards our customers expect. Creativity isn't the focus here—consistency, speed, and attention to detail are.

Position: Pastry AssistantResponsibilities Include:

• Scaling and executing recipes with accuracy
• Preparing doughs, batters, fillings, and creams
• Finishing and decorating baked goods according to house standards
• Maintaining ingredient and product quality, freshness, and organization
• Keeping the bakery and equipment clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Managing and following daily production schedules
• Assisting with inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Collaborating with baristas, front-of-house, and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and memorable customer experience

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial bakery or pastry kitchen (required)
• Culinary/pastry degree is a plus but not mandatory
• A deep love for baking and pride in your craft
• Dependable, fast, clean, and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask and problem-solve in a high-volume setting
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (8–10 hours)
• Current Maricopa County food handler's or food manager's card
