Your Impact in This Role
We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our plant maintenance operations. In this critical role, you will supervise a skilled team, drive safety and efficiency, and ensure the reliability of our equipment and systems. You'll be instrumental in shaping our preventive maintenance programs and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
As a MaintenanceManager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Lead and supervise the plant maintenance team with a focus on safety and best practices
Train employees on job-specific tasks and basic maintenance procedures
Audit maintenance performance and implement process improvements
Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for mechanical and electrical systems
Oversee quality of maintenance work by internal teams and external vendors
Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
Support emergency repair processes and plant uptime performance
What You Bring to the Table
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance
High school diploma or equivalent (required); technical training or college degree (preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills (including 3-phase systems)
Ability to read mechanical/electrical schematics (preferred)
Experience with ERP systems and TPM programs (preferred)
Welding and fabrication skills (stick and/or wire welding)
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Six Sigma (a plus)
Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
