Experienced Server

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service, excellent customer relations skills, and proficiency with various POS systems. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Toast POS
• Upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest satisfaction and sales opportunities
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Handle cash and process payments accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed
• Ensure guest relations are positive by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
• Follow all sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Experience

• Proven experience as a Server in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with fine dining or upscale establishments
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable
• Experience with food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Background in culinary arts or food industry roles is a plus
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Previous experience in nightclub settings or host/hostess roles is advantageous but not required
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining professionalism and guest satisfaction
