The Mobile Maintenance Technician will assist the Property Managers, Facility Manager, and Construction Manager in maintaining the physical integrity of the property(s). This involves ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable working environment for tenants, visitors and staff. They will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested. In the absence of the Property Managers, Facility Manager, and Construction Manager, the Mobile Maintenance Technician will assume all maintenance responsibilities.
What You'll do:
  • Conducts all business in accordance with Company policies and procedures, OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing Act, state and Federal laws.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and operation of all building equipment to ensure the operation of equipment is within design capabilities and to achieve proper environmental conditions prescribed by the building management.
  • Operates and navigates the work service request application on a smart phone device and computer desktop. Utilize the system for real time tracking of life safety, tenant service requests, preventative maintenance, and routine maintenance.
  • Ensures the performance of equipment with preventive maintenance as prescribed by manufacturer's recommendations and specifications.
  • Responsible for all housekeeping functions and maintaining the professional appearances of the entire property, equipment, engineering spaces common areas and tenant spaces.
  • Maintains an energy management program to ensure measures are taken to operate all systems in the most efficient manner to keep operating costs at a minimum.
  • Reviews building operations, preventive maintenance, training, energy management, and equipment status on a frequent basis.
  • Maintains the building lighting system, including element and ballast repairs or replacements.
  • Operates, maintains and repairs of all boilers, heaters, pumps, valves, and lines used in the distribution of hot and chilled water.
