Server/Waiter

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced and upscale dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong understanding of food safety, and the ability to thrive in a fine dining or nightclub atmosphere. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or similar systems, ensuring all requests are understood and communicated effectively to the kitchen staff.
• Provide detailed menu knowledge, including daily specials, to assist guests in making informed choices while promoting upselling opportunities.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain communication regarding any special dietary needs or modifications.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation practices to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables and managing floor cleanliness during service hours.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Server in the food industry is needed.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests while handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of culinary terms and food safety practices is essential for success in this role.
• A proactive approach to upselling menu items and enhancing the overall guest experience is highly valued.
