Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple property locations within our portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of property management operations, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an opportunity to manage diverse properties, coordinate with teams, and ensure operational excellence across all sites.

Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple conventional, low income and HOA properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize property performance and tenant satisfaction
  • Manage leasing activities, including tenant screening, lease negotiations, and renewals
  • Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems using Yardi and other property management software
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and work with vendors through CMMS systems to ensure timely repairs
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor property conditions and enforce safety standards
  • Foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and staff through effective communication and phone etiquette
  • Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial metrics for senior management
  • Assist in budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting for assigned properties
  • Support sales efforts by promoting available units and facilitating lease signings

Requirements

  • Proven experience in property management or related administrative roles with a focus on office experience and customer service
  • Strong knowledge of RealPage and Enumerate software, CMMS systems, and data entry procedures
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships
  • Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in sales, leasing, or tenant relations is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills including filing, record keeping, and administrative support
  • Knowledge of property management best practices and industry regulations
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members across locations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64, $77,177.74 per year
