As a PEGA Functional Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing intelligent Pega solutions that streamline business processes and drive operational excellence. You will be a key contributor to our Enterprise Platform Services team, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization.

• Design and implement Pega solutions that streamline business processes and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into effective solutions
• Develop and maintain high‑quality Pega applications with strong performance and reliability
• Generate actionable insights using Pega Reporting to support data‑driven decision making
• Ensure seamless integration of Pega applications with existing systems and platforms
• Enhance user experience through intuitive, user‑friendly Pega interfaces and robust security measures
• Manage and optimize workflows using Pega Case Management and Process Modeling
• Implement decision strategies with PEGA Decision Hub to drive better business outcomes

• 6 to 10 years of IT experience with strong expertise in Pega technologies
• Proven skills in Pega Platform and Pega Application Development
• Proficiency in Pega Data and Integration for seamless data management
• Experience in Pega User Experience and Pega Security to ensure usability and protection
• Solid understanding of Pega Process Modeling and Pega Process Analysis
• Domain expertise in Payer; experience in Provider is a plus

• Hands-on experience with Pega Mobility to enable mobile access to applications
• Familiarity with Pega Express for rapid application development and deployment
• Demonstrated success in managing Pega Case Management processes
• Experience implementing decision strategies using PEGA Decision Hub
