Dishwasher/ Prep Cook

Position Overview:
We're seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher/Prep Cook to help keep our kitchen running smoothly. In this hybrid role, you'll ensure our dish station stays clean and organized while also assisting with basic food prep during slower periods. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the kitchen or gain experience in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area
• Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping fruits, portioning ingredients, and setting up stations
• Take out trash and help with general kitchen cleaning duties
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff

Qualifications:

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently under pressure
• Previous kitchen experience a plus, but not required — we're willing to train the right person
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Weekend availability preferred
