One of our banking clients is looking for a bilingual Helpdesk Technician to start asap

Job Title: Technical Help Desk Specialist (Bilingual English/French)

Hybrid (Onsite 4x per month)

Duration:
2 Years Contract

Pay Rate:
$26 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a
Technical Help Desk Specialist
to provide high-quality technical assistance to computer system users. In this role, you will support clients by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving computer problems in person, over the phone, or remotely. Issues may range from low to high complexity, offering continuous learning and growth opportunities.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Respond to user inquiries regarding computer software and hardware
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via inbound phone calls
• Diagnose system errors by entering commands and observing system performance
• Document daily transactions, problems, and resolutions accurately
• Review technical manuals and collaborate with users to identify solutions
• Conduct computer diagnostics to resolve or escalate issues as needed

Must-Have Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French (mandatory – bilingual proficiency required)
• 2–3 years of customer service experience
• 2–3 years of browser troubleshooting experience
• Working knowledge of computer software, including:
• Operating systems
• Desktop communication tools
• Configuration management software

Nice to Have

• Previous Help Desk or Contact Center experience
• Technical Help Desk experience
