JOB DESCRIPTION

In this position, you will manage all new and ongoing client projects, interacting on a daily basis with our clients, development resources and system support teams to ensure that all parties are informed on the key deliverables that are required at each stage of the project.

You will be required to document, track, and deliver all new and ongoing client projects. You'll also be a lead resource to guide client migrations onto our products as part of the implementation team.

The ability to communicate effectively, as well as to build/maintain relationships with clients is essential. In this role, relationship management and administrative duties are equally important.

Salary commensurate with experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Managing the relationship and communications between our clients and our internal teams to ensure that requirements for the project are confirmed and that both sides are informed on the project status on a regular basis.

Work with internal teams to assist with the delivery of custom reports, system enhancements, new client on-boarding implementations and other client management initiatives

Documenting project requirements and updates and tracking each stage of the project to completion.

Communicate and define objectives and requirements necessary to structure the client's overall project and highlight their needs.

Hold project kick-off meetings and weekly touch-point meetings/calls with clients throughout the on-boarding/implementation stage.

Provide clear & succinct status updates to both internal and external project sponsors.

Comfortable handling client escalations and managing of shifting client priorities

Documenting project requirements and updates and tracking each stage of the project to completion. Creation and maintenance of project artifacts may be required for larger scale projects.

Documenting other project management and internal documentation as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

2-3 years of Project Management experience, preferably working with SaaS solutions

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance or a related field

Strong client management skills, including interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and credibility with senior-level clients and internal partners.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with well-developed business acumen.

Effective time management skills and the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects /tasks.

Flexible work style in order to accommodate client requirements.

Be a team player but also skilled to work independently.

Must be motivated and have a positive attitude.

Solid knowledge of MS Office. (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Experience working with multiple data sources and conceptual understanding of data flow are considered assets.

Wealth Management industry knowledge/background an important asset.
