What is iCLASProgram?

This program is to provide Chinese students with authentic English education transforming "Learning English" to "Learning in English" which is critical in their intellectual and personal development later in western countries.

Responsibilities

• Using Video Communication App to Provide one-on-one or one-on- two tutoring sessions to students in China in various subjects, focusing on areas such as English, Math, Science, and Social Studies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed.
• Communicate with assistant teacher in China to provide updates on student performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience working with children, either in a tutoring or classroom setting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred but not required.

Expectations

• As an ESL Tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• You will work closely with students to build their confidence in their abilities to use the language.
• This position offers flexible scheduling options and the satisfaction of seeing your students thrive.

Working hours: Flexible, according to your availability. Most time in early morning or evening

Compensation: by instructional hour
