Targeting, appraising, training, motivation and personal development of site-based sales staff and office-based administration staff Management and organisation of the Sales & Marketing suite and related administrative functions Maintenance and compilation of all reservation records and sales activity Manage sales team rota in line with business operating hours Record and collate commission claim paperwork on due dates Record, collate and maintain all staff records of holidays/sickness and any related information which the company may require Ensure all sales related paperwork and systems are managed to the company’s standards and requirements To research the marketplace and use the data to sell above the competition To effectively manage a sales database to optimise sales opportunities To generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity To apply effective selling skills in order to exceed required profitable sales targets To progress secured reservations to completion To anticipate and manage the threat of cancellation and minimise the cancellation rates To ensure a smooth journey for the customer and the company during the legal process To effectively manage all customers and deliver excellent customer service To effectively manage and resolve any customer complaints To represent St James & St William to the highest possible standards of business Build team confidence, act on signs of stress early Build strong commitment within the team to deliver the best outcomes for our customers Gain buy-in from others using clear, concise communication Build collaboration amongst team and peers, resolve issues swiftly Share knowledge, coach and provide motivational feedback Harness new ideas and realise change through the team Manage the team’s workload to deliver the best quality outcomes first time Harness information and people to make a positive impact on safety and the business Experience required
Extensive knowledge and experience of New Homes/Residential Sales and Development market Experience in collating market research and competitor analysis Experience driving high performance from a team, ensures quality delivery is right first time Why join us?
