Our mission is to guide ISVs along a maturity model path focused on making AWS the preferred cloud platform to build, run, and grow their offerings, moving relationships from transactional to strategic through joint business planning and executive sponsorship.The leader of this team will drive business value through field sellers who coordinate cross-functional teams including partner managers, BD, and product teams to deliver accelerated, double-digit growth for both AWS and our ISV partners.* This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of cloud computing by leading one of the highest revenue growth areas in the company.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop an existing team of top strategic sales professionalsDrive adoption of AWS full suite of services into Strategic ISV customersExceed annual revenue and design win targetsPartner with AWS Partner Team to help drive ISV topline revenue growthCo-develop and execute account plans with field sellers*Drive GTM programs to accelerate adoption of our ISV partners' productsCollaborate with demand generation teams to create healthy sales pipelineOversee enablement trainings and account prospecting workshopsManage operational aspects of the business in partnership with Sales OpsDevelop long-term strategic relationships with AWS Executives and Partner management teamsDrive and maintain high customer satisfactionEmbrace and drive Amazon culture through our Leadership PrinciplesRegular travel throughout Central US region required during normal business conditionsBasic Qualifications10+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience5+ years of sales management experienceExperience in management of large, complex enterprise accounts or equivalentPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree or equivalentBachelor's degree or equivalentAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. The base pay for this position ranges from $168,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $278,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. This position is eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. These plans pay according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
