As the Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for completing and processing vehicle orders whilst ensuring all documentation is efficiently prepared for handover. You will work with the sales teams offering support and assistance to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction at all-times. Basic salary of £30,000 per annum. The role is an office-based environment, working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Main duties
To collate and record all new and used vehicle delivery information, using iDealFILE (electronic filing system) Check consignments against the orders Issue registrations for all sold new vehicles and process handover files for new and used vehicles Process sales invoices for all vehicles To check for accuracy on tax, non-revenue items, deposits, and part exchanges To ensure audit compliance for RAV Your profile
Proven experience of working in a busy, fast-paced administrative role, preferably in sales admin within the motor trade using IVS, Kerridge or Drive Strong IT skills including the ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel to a proficient level Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with colleagues, senior management, BMW UK and other network staff Strong team player, keen to go the extra mile for colleagues and customers Rewards
