About This Job
Ensures quality of software products by creating and executing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.
Monitors adherence to quality standards in the development, implementation, and maintenance of software products. Monitors the effectiveness of assurance processes and tools.
Participates in sprint planning meetings to discuss the latest requirements of software development and determine subsequent tasks.
Provides guidance and technical instruction to junior engineers on Extreme Programming.
Designs, develops, and maintains related infrastructure and platforms according to changing client requirements.
Executes tests to compare results with requirements, verify test requirements, identify defects, and ensure compliance.
Reviews functional, design, and data specifications and stories to derive use cases and test plans. Writes test scripts, use cases, queries, and plans to achieve quality assurance objectives.
Provides user references by writing and maintaining user documentation and assisting in the user acceptance process.
