Job Summary:
Join our thriving logistics team as a Fulfillment Associate in Seattle, Washington! This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, from receiving to shipping. You will be engaged in a variety of tasks, including sorting, picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals who are eager to contribute to a fast-paced warehouse environment. Understanding the flow within a busy logistics operation is key.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
  • Accurately pick items from inventory using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage.
  • Label and prepare shipments for dispatch according to company and carrier guidelines.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with all regulations.
  • Strictly follow all company policies, especially safety protocols and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment.
  • Support the logistics team with other assigned warehouse duties to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform lifting up to 40 lbs regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive work attitude.
  • Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse logistics.
