Join our thriving logistics team as a Fulfillment Associate in Seattle, Washington! This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, from receiving to shipping. You will be engaged in a variety of tasks, including sorting, picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick items from inventory using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage.
- Label and prepare shipments for dispatch according to company and carrier guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with all regulations.
- Strictly follow all company policies, especially safety protocols and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Support the logistics team with other assigned warehouse duties to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive work attitude.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics.
