We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic logistics team in Las Vegas, Nevada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and staff supervision. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficient and safe flow of goods within our distribution center. You will lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a productive and safe work environment. Key responsibilities include managing workflow, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures, especially concerning safety protocols. The Warehouse Supervisor will also play a vital role in implementing and maintaining operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. This includes monitoring key performance indicators and developing strategies to meet or exceed targets. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to workplace safety are essential. This position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, and to perform tasks that involve significant lifting and physical exertion. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
