Responsibilities:
- Accept, unpack, and store incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order requirements.
- Package goods securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Organize and maintain warehouse stock for easy accessibility.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including the correct use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets within the logistics framework.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role is advantageous.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform lifting duties up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
