Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders and inventory records.
- Inspect items for defects or damage before packing.
- Efficiently pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Label packages and prepare them for shipping carriers.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks.
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance targets.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including wearing required PPE.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of our overall logistics process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a picking/packing or warehouse role is advantageous.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform significant physical work.
- Physical capability to handle lifting up to 55 lbs regularly.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
