Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming goods according to established procedures.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Prepare items for shipping, including labeling and ensuring proper packaging.
- Load and unload materials from delivery vehicles.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, ensuring safety at all times.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Report any damaged goods or operational issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily operational targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical strength and stamina.
- Capability for lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Good teamwork and communication abilities.
