We are seeking a motivated and reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth flow of goods into and out of our warehouse. You will be responsible for accurately receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, and preparing outgoing shipments. Attention to detail is paramount in this position to maintain inventory accuracy and prevent errors. Your duties will include operating forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials, maintaining a clean and organized dock area, and adhering to all safety protocols. This is a physically demanding role that requires consistent lifting and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We value a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork. Successful candidates will be proactive in identifying and resolving issues, communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our warehouse operations. Experience with shipping software and inventory management systems is a plus.
