Responsibilities:
- Receive and process warehouse stock products efficiently.
- Pick and fill orders with accuracy and speed.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory control procedures and assist with stock takes.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines, including correct Lifting techniques and the use of required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is advantageous.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and perform tasks requiring Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes is a plus.
- A strong commitment to safety and adherence to all protocols.
