We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is crucial to our daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient flow of goods. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will work in a fast-paced environment and contribute directly to the success of our distribution center. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety are paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for damage or discrepancies.
- Stock merchandise in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
- Must be able to perform moderate to heavy Lifting throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Understanding of basic inventory management principles.
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics is advantageous.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of Safety.
