We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced distribution environment. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the efficient operation of our facility. Your primary duties will include loading and unloading trucks, moving materials within the warehouse, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Attention to detail is crucial for accurately identifying and processing shipments. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. We emphasize a strong commitment to safety, and all employees are expected to adhere to strict safety protocols, including the proper use of required PPE. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process warehouse stock products.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare items for shipment and stage them for loading.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to Safety and the use of PPE.
