Our busy warehouse in Denver, Colorado is looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our logistics hub, supporting various functions from receiving to shipping. You will be involved in a range of tasks including loading and unloading trucks, organizing stock, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and assisting with order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is physically fit, a team player, and committed to upholding high safety standards. We emphasize a safe work environment and require all employees to use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safe lifting practices. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks and containers.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated areas.
- Assist with order picking, packing, and preparing shipments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and common areas.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
- Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required for specific tasks.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Support shipping and receiving operations as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process through diligent work.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior warehouse experience is beneficial but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Awareness of and commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
