We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in Miami, Florida. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. - Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Familiarity with Safety protocols and the use of PPE.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctual and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics or a similar role is advantageous.
