We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is crucial for the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be an integral part of our supply chain, contributing to the seamless flow of products from our facility to our customers. You will perform a variety of tasks, including loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and operating warehouse equipment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety are paramount in this position. We value teamwork and encourage our employees to communicate effectively and support one another.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damages and discrepancies.
- Unload and load materials from trucks and containers.
- Store materials in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking as required.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs regularly).
- Familiarity with basic inventory management principles.
- Commitment to following all Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Willingness to wear required PPE at all times.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
