We are looking for dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our fast-paced warehouse in San Antonio, Texas. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for processing customer orders from start to finish. This includes accurately picking items from inventory, meticulously packing them for shipment, and ensuring that each order meets our high standards for quality and presentation. You will work with cutting-edge logistics technology to manage order flow and maintain inventory accuracy. The ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment, coupled with a strong commitment to accuracy, is key to success in this role. You will be an integral part of a team that is committed to timely and accurate order fulfillment, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. We emphasize a strong Safety culture and require all associates to adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves regular Lifting of packages and requires the physical ability to handle the demands of the role. Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize required PPE at all times.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding order status and potential issues.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with WMS.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of Safety best practices.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Knowledge of logistics operations is beneficial.
