Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in Minneapolis, Minnesota! We are looking for dedicated individuals to support our growing logistics operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various key processes, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their products accurately and on time. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment where teamwork and efficiency are highly valued. Our company is committed to a safe working environment, and all associates are required to follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming inventory, verifying quantities against orders.
- Stocking merchandise in designated warehouse locations accurately.
- Picking customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists with high accuracy.
- Packing orders securely and efficiently to ensure product safety during transit.
- Preparing shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Maintaining inventory accuracy through regular checks and cycle counts.
- Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Adhering strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Keeping the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assisting with other warehouse tasks as needed to ensure smooth logistics flow.
