Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Place received goods into appropriate storage locations.
- Pick items accurately according to order specifications.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar physical labor role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and Logistics .
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to follow all Safety guidelines and instructions.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to wear and utilize all required PPE .
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
