Seeking a dedicated Picker/Packer to join our efficient logistics operations in Dallas, Texas. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from our inventory and preparing them for shipment to our valued customers. Your attention to detail will ensure order accuracy, and your efficiency will contribute to our overall productivity. We require individuals who are energetic, organized, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This position involves regular Lifting and requires the ability to work at a steady pace. We provide necessary PPE and expect strict adherence to all Safety protocols. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order details.
- Verify picked items against order sheets to ensure accuracy.
- Package items securely and appropriately for shipment.
- Label packages correctly for dispatch.
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Perform consistent Lifting of items up to 40 pounds.
- Contribute to meeting daily picking and packing targets.
- Support the broader Logistics team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform manual Lifting tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse Safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Logistics operations is a plus.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear all required PPE.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
