Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our expanding logistics operations in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is fundamental to the daily functioning of our warehouse, involving a variety of tasks to ensure efficient and safe handling of goods. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are essential for success in this position. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Stock received goods into appropriate warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
  • Follow all Lifting guidelines and best practices to prevent injuries.
  • Contribute to team goals and support overall logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
