Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler for our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania facility. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our warehouse and the broader logistics network. You will be responsible for receiving, processing, storing, and distributing materials throughout the facility. Key tasks include unloading trucks, stocking shelves, managing inventory, and preparing goods for shipment. The ideal candidate is physically capable of performing manual labor, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment. Prior experience in a warehouse or similar setting is highly valued. You will work collaboratively with a team of warehouse professionals to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate inventory counts. A strong understanding of Safety procedures and the consistent use of PPE are paramount in this role. This position involves regular Lifting and requires the ability to stand for extended periods.   • Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming materials.
  • Sort and organize inventory accurately.
  • Transport materials using hand trucks or pallet jacks.
  • Replenish stock in designated warehouse areas.
  • Assist in preparing outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
  • Follow all established Safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Wear and use appropriate PPE as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to perform frequent Lifting and moving of items up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment is preferred. Understanding of Safety principles and the importance of PPE. Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for long durations. Strong work ethic and reliability. Good communication skills. Team-oriented. This role is critical to our logistics operations and requires a commitment to Safety and efficiency.
