This dynamic role is at the heart of our order fulfillment process, ensuring our customers receive their products accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for locating items within the warehouse, carefully picking them according to order specifications, and then expertly packing them for shipment. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety, and all team members are expected to adhere to strict protocols, including the correct use of PPE. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting and moving of goods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Label packages for shipment according to carrier requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all warehouse Safety rules and regulations.
- Wear provided PPE at all times when required.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including inventory checks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive Lifting and bending throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of basic Safety procedures in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume logistics setting.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
