We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina! This position is essential for our daily logistics operations, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and accurately. You will be involved in various tasks within our warehouse, contributing to the overall success of our supply chain. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory items.
- Pick and pack items for outbound shipments.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Sort and place warehouse stock into designated locations.
- Verify product accuracy and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other hand trucks.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Contribute to the efficient flow of goods within our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to following safety procedures.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of logistics concepts is beneficial.
