We are recruiting proactive Distribution Center Associates for our facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This position is central to our logistics network, ensuring the efficient handling and movement of goods. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting inbound shipments, accurately picking items for outbound orders, expertly packing products for safe transit, and preparing shipments for delivery. You will contribute to maintaining a highly organized and efficient warehouse environment. Employee Safety is paramount; strict adherence to all safety procedures and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are expected. This role requires physical exertion, including frequent substantial Lifting of up to 50 lbs and sustained periods of standing and walking.
