You will be proactive and motivated, with a positive ‘can‑do’ attitude, a desire to learn and contribute, and a willingness to be part of a supportive, fast‑paced and values‑driven culture.

Writing first response emails to clients and supporting correspondence on behalf of Travel Sales Specialists.

Producing sales team KPI reports to monitor and report on team performance against daily, weekly and monthly targets.
Providing administrative support to the Travel Sales Specialist Team, including documentation, scheduling and internal organisation.
Managing client communication on behalf of Travel Sales Specialists during annual leave or absence.
Updating the Travel Sales Team Manual, ensuring all procedures and policies are documented and updated.
Liaising with the Travel Operations team on behalf of the Travel Sales Specialist to ensure trips are handed over effectively and any changes are reflected in the clients’ itinerary.
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a sales support, admin or customer‑facing role, preferably in the travel industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organization skills with great attention to detail.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Familiarity with CRM or travel management systems such as Peak 15 (or ability to learn quickly).
A proactive attitude and a strong team player willing to support across all areas of the sales process.
Previous experience supporting a luxury or bespoke travel team.
Understanding of travel logistics and destinations within the UK and Europe.
Experience with reporting on team KPIs or sales metrics.
