Direct Support Professional

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to provide high-quality care and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, aging needs, or health challenges. In addition to staff we are also looking for weekend staff. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or just Sat & Sunday. Both Days and nights 12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Monitor residents' health status by observing vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature; report any concerns promptly.
• Administer medications accurately in accordance with care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure safety and compliance.
• Support residents with meal preparation and nutritional needs, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
