Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: Up to $39.47/hour (based on experience)
• Shift Premiums: +$1.50/hour for 2nd shift | +$1.00/hour for 3rd shift
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,500
• Shifts: Afternoons (3 pm–11 pm) and Evenings (11 pm–7 am)
• Schedule: 10 days on / 4 days off — full-time hours with extended breaks

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Program and maintain Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• Handle welding, fabrication, and equipment upgrades
• Maintain accurate logs in the CMMS system
• Champion safety and reliability every day

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong knowledge of PLCs (Allen Bradley), ladder logic, and control systems
• Proficiency in mechanical repair, welding, and fabrication
• Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial safety standards

Preferred:

• Technical degree or trade school certification in Industrial Maintenance or related field
• Certifications such as Lockout/Tagout, Fall Protection, Confined Space, PPE, CPR/First Aid, or OSHA 10/30
