Role Overview
- This is a hybrid Client Success + Project Management role with a strong focus on revenue alignment, client communication, and project execution.
- You will be the primary point of contact for Site2's CMMC clients — guiding them through their compliance journey, coordinating with internal security and engineering teams, and ensuring projects stay on track and on budget.
- You will also work hand-in-hand with Business Development to ensure seamless transitions from sales to delivery, value-driven QBRs, and predictable revenue attainment.
What You'll Do:
Client Success & Revenue Alignment
Serve as the primary liaison for assigned CMMC clients.
- Lead regular check-ins, progress calls, and value-focused QBRs.
- Ensure timely revenue attainment by aligning delivery milestones with billing schedules.
Partner closely with Business Development for smooth onboarding and client handoff.
Project Management
Build and manage project plans for CMMC, remediation tasks, and IT initiatives.
- Coordinate vCISO, engineers, analysts, and partner teams to deliver on-time milestones.
- Track activities across FutureFeed, HubSpot (CRM), and internal tools.
Maintain project documentation, status updates, and risk tracking.
CMMC Program Leadership
Learn and apply the CMMC Level 2 and NIST frameworks.
- Achieve CMMC Registered Practitioner (RP) certification within 6 months.
- Achieve CMMC Certified Professional (CCP) credential within 12–18 months (Site2-sponsored).
- Ensure SSP, POA&M, and evidence documentation is complete, organized, and audit-ready.
- Lead client readiness reviews, tabletop exercises, and mock assessments.
- Process, Tools, and CRM Enablement
- Support Site2's new CRM implementation and improvements.
- Help build processes and dashboards for tracking revenue milestones, client status, and documentation completeness.
- Promote operational efficiency and cross-team information-sharing.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in client success, project management, or operations in IT, MSP, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
- Comfortable leading client conversations and setting expectations.
- Highly organized and skilled at managing multiple projects at once.
- Experience with HubSpot, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools.
- Driven by timely execution, clear communication, and client value.
- Eager to grow in one of the fastest-growing compliance sectors.
Compensation & Growth Path
- Base Salary: $70,000–$85,000
- Annual Bonus: Based on milestones, CMMC achievements, and client satisfaction
- Growth Path: CSM → Senior CSM → CMMC Program Manager → Director of Client Success
- All CMMC training (RP and CCP) is fully sponsored by Site2.

Pay: $70, $85,000.00 per year
