Role Description

This is a part-time, Cleaner role based in Los Angeles, CA. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across multifamily properties. Daily responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing common areas, restocking supplies, managing waste disposal, and reporting maintenance issues. The role also includes adherence to all safety protocols and ensuring the properties meet cleanliness and safety standards set by the company.

Qualifications

• General cleaning and maintenance skills, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitation practices.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot and address cleanliness needs or hazards proactively.
• Knowledge of safely handling cleaning products and familiarity with safety procedures.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with property managers and team members.
• Ability to lift and move light to moderate weights and stand for extended periods.
• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services is a plus.
