as they scale. They’re looking to hire a
full-time Lead Hardware Engineer , with a
clear pathway to CTO within 12 months
for the right individual. The Role
Lead hardware development across wearable and sensor-based products Own embedded electronics, PCB design, and firmware development Integrate sensors for wearable applications Support regulatory and certification processes Embedded systems:
ESP (current), moving toward Rockwell chips Wireless:
Bluetooth Classic (ESP), Wi-Fi Small, fast-moving team (8 people) Majority onsite, with on-demand hybrid flexibility London-based office £70k+ base salary + meaningful equity CTO compensation expected to rise
closer to £100k
(targeting Q4) Significant influence over product and technical direction
