Unlimited earning potential: Commission only role. With our generous commission structure, the team typically ranges from £50k to 100k+ per year. High-quality leads: All appointments are pre-qualified, so you can focus on closing deals. Training: Comprehensive product and sales training to equip you with the knowledge and tools you need to succeed. What we\'re looking for
Proven Sales Experience: You have a successful history in sales, preferably in a technical or home improvement sector but this is not essential. Customer centric: You are dedicated to providing outstanding service and building long-term relationships. Self-Motivated:You thrive in an independent, target-driven environment and are relentless in pursuing your goals. Excellent Communication Skills:You can clearly and persuasively explain complex technical and financial information to a diverse range of customers. This is afield-based role, attending and closingpre-qualified leadsfor heat pump and solar solutions. You’ll travel to appointments (up to 100 miles from home),educate homeowners on renewable energy, conduct site visits, and deliver tailored proposals. Your success comes from your ability tobuild trust, connect with customers, and close deals on the day. Please note, you\'ll need a driving licence and reliable vehicle to travel to appointments.
