Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Executive Administrative Assistant located in Baltimore, MD. The Executive Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, support senior executives, and assist in maintaining effective office operations. Responsibilities include handling calls, scheduling appointments, managing communications, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring a smooth flow of office activities. This role requires professionalism, efficiency, and strong attention to detail in supporting the executive team and overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Clerical Skills, including accurate record-keeping and data management
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to work well with others
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other office management tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or a degree in a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred minimum of 10 years
