Role Description

This full-time on-site role for a Manager, Wealth / HNI Channel is based in Delhi, OH. The Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the Wealth/HNI client channel, developing and implementing strategic plans to acquire and retain clients. The role involves identifying potential clients, offering tailored insurance and financial products, building and maintaining strong professional relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. The manager will also monitor market trends, provide regular reports on channel performance, and guide a team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Wealth Management, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
• Strong knowledge of Insurance Products, Financial Products, and Investment Strategies
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and implement strategies accordingly
• Proficient in team leadership and target achievement
• Proactive, results-driven, with a customer-centric approach
• Relevant professional certifications and/or a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in working in Wealth/HNI domains will be an advantage
