Overview
:
Bravura Group seeks an attorney with 3+ years' experience in probate/trust, guardianship/conservatorship and general litigation to join our growing team. This candidate may also support our family law litigation group. Candidates should demonstrate competence to handle complex legal disputes and perform confidently during all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation, drafting pleadings, drafting and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, assisting with motions (drafting and arguing), mediations, arbitrations, trials and appeals, and assisting with post-award remedies.
Successful candidates will be self-motivated, have excellent academic qualifications, strong writing and researching skills, be able to work collaboratively with others, and have the ability to learn and adapt.

Bravura Group's attorneys provide a wide array of litigation services related to trusts and estates. Our firm's excellent reputation and depth of experience in estate planning, elder law, probate and trust administration, and our service as trusted fiduciaries (trustees, personal representatives, agents), make our firm uniquely situated and qualified to guide and represent our clients in their trust and estate litigation matters.
Our litigation attorneys have extensive experience representing trustees, personal representatives, guardians, conservators, health care agents, attorneys in fact, fiduciaries, heirs, families and other interested individuals when litigation erupts. They regularly litigate testator capacity issues, undue influence claims, heirship rights, claims against trustees and fiduciaries, and disputes between beneficiaries.
Key Responsibilities
:
-Draft pleadings, discovery, legal memoranda, letters, and other court documents
-Handle all phases of discovery: discovery drafting, conduct client/witness interviews, review and analyze documents, depositions and working with experts
-Assist with motion, deposition, mediation, arbitration, trial and appeals
-Legal research
-Communicate with clients, witnesses and experts
-Organize, summarize and analyze case information
Qualifications
:
-3+ years of civil litigation experience with a proven track record in managing complex tasks
-Technical Proficiency: strong skills in Relativity/Cimplifi
-Strong understanding of civil procedure, litigation processes and rules of evidence
-Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
-Willingness to learn
The firm's expected hiring range for this position is $150,000 - $170, 000+ per year depending on the candidate's experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications. This position is a partner track and bonus eligible.
