Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Quality Technician to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that all products consistently meet our safety, regulatory, and internal quality standards. You will serve as a key resource for the Quality team by supporting and mentoring fellow technicians, conducting thorough inspections, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive inspection and quality reports to ensure clear, accurate documentation of quality findings.
• Support, mentor, and provide guidance to Quality Technicians, promoting skill development and consistent quality standards.
• Perform detailed inspections of goods and products to confirm alignment with company policies as well as federal and state regulations.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineers on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality-related issues.
• Verify calibration and proper functioning of all test equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability of measurements.
• Report quality anomalies and non-conformances promptly to management, supporting rapid decision-making and corrective actions.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data, preparing accurate reports and summaries for leadership review.
• Identify and recommend improvements to quality control processes, supporting the organization's commitment to operational excellence.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Advanced organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Strong visual acuity and exceptional attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Work is performed in a manufacturing and office environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout production facilities.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs as needed.
• Exposure to noise, insulation, dust and temperature variations in the shop area.
