to support one of their Studio Design Teams. This is an opportunity for a passionate design professional to shape projects from the early concept stage through entitlements, with exposure to a wide range of project types.

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Participate in early design phases, including schematic design and site planning
  • Assist in producing plans, elevations, sections, and presentation graphics
  • Support 3D modeling and visual presentation development
  • Help maintain and organize drawing sets using company standards
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordinated design documentation
  • Research codes and guidelines to inform design direction
  • Understand and support deliverables across all design phases

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Strong attention to detail and time management across multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication and visual storytelling skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative within a fast-paced design team
  • Working knowledge of planning and building codes
  • 4-year degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
  • California architectural license preferred but not required

Employment Type:

Compensation:
$75K-$83K Yearly + OT
