General Job Description
The Reno Office Assistant is the first point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors at our Reno office. This onsite role is a critical resource for daily office coordination while also providing support to Human Resources and various functions and departments.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support (tasks may vary)
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain kitchen, restrooms, conference room, and front lobby cleanliness and supplies.
- Help with supply orders.
- Deliveries, pickups, and other office support tasks as needed in a company vehicle.
- Facilities maintenance coordination. May include Eagle Reno/Carson City Facility.
Human Resources Support (tasks may vary):
- Assist with onboarding and new hire checklists.
- Present New Hire Orientation onsite to Reno and Eagle employees, as assigned.
- Responsible to organize and process personnel documents.
- Serve as a resource for staff regarding policies and benefits.
- Assist with HR programs including benefits, training, staff engagement, and policy updates.
- Support payroll-related processes as assigned.
- Help coordinate exit processes and termination tasks.
- Assist organizing staff events.
- Responsible for processing requests for certification (RFC's) and the tracking of all trainings.
- Assist with recruiting and hiring processes within the company.
- Assist with DOT compliance and OSHA compliance logs, as assigned.
Business Development & Client Relations Support
- Maintain inventory of marketing and promotional materials.
Desired Outcomes
The Reno Office Assistant ensures smooth daily office operations, timely communication, and reliable support across Administration, HR, and Client Relations—contributing to efficiency, client satisfaction, and staff engagement.
Education, Knowledge & Skills Desired
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Nevada Driver's License; must be insurable under GES auto insurance.
- 2–3 years of clerical, administrative, or HR experience (combination preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written/verbal communication and data entry skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional attitude, appearance, and phone etiquette.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
