Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, contribute to project success, and assist in marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle email correspondence and phone calls including qualifying clients
- Quickly learn and utilize new software tools to streamline operations.
- Obtain job permits as needed for projects.
- Accept and manage deliveries efficiently.
- Show clients the showroom when required and assist with inquiries.
- Greet visitors and clients professionally in our office.
- Purchase materials and supplies for projects.
- Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Help with marketing tasks and activities.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Provide general administrative support to team members.
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary: $36,000
- 50% of health insurance covered

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Proficiency in Google suits (also Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) or equivalent tools.
- Ability to adapt and learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
